Park Improvements Coming to Sudlersville and Church Hill

2/21/2026

Several park improvement projects are moving forward in Queen Anne’s County, including upgrades that will directly benefit families in Sudlersville and Church Hill.

At a recent meeting, the Queen Anne’s County Commissioners approved resurfacing work for the trail systems at both Sudlersville Park and Church Hill Park. The projects are designed to improve safety, accessibility, and overall usability for residents who walk, run, and enjoy the outdoor spaces.

County officials say the upgrades will make the trails smoother and more accessible while enhancing the overall park experience.

In addition to the local improvements, the county also approved a new restroom facility at White Marsh Park and a playground surface replacement at Old Love Point Park.

Work on the projects is expected to move forward as part of the county’s ongoing efforts to enhance public parks across the region.
